Keith is the VP and Head of UX at Podpal, and is responsible for defining and executing a holistic customer experience across product, marketing, and customer support. Inspired by our vision to make podcasting easy for all creators, Keith joined Podpal in 2019 to modernize the user experience and champion our data-driven, human-centered mission.

A left and right brain professional, Keith earned his bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Florida A&M University (FAMU) as well as advanced certificates in Executive Leadership and Applied Project Management from The University of Notre Dame and Villanova, respectively.

In addition to his role at Podpal, Keith works as the Creative Manager at Bisk. His improvements on several of Bisk’s flagship products have contributed to significant increases in student enrollments and millions in top-line revenue. Keith also launched The American Griot, a podcast about releasing the burden of Black trauma and embracing creative ways to heal and recharge. The show is in its third season and has reached thousands of listeners.

Prior to Podpal, Keith held several senior roles in Art Direction, Graphic Design, and Brand Management at global brands like Time Inc. in New York. In 2017, Keith co-founded Arcturus Creative, a full-service digital agency specializing in millennial marketing strategies for fintech, healthcare, and non-profit startups. Under his leadership the company grossed over six figures in its first year and was inducted into the Tampa Chamber of Commerce Startup Scholars cohort.

Keith’s unique combination of design, management, and podcasting skills have directly contributed to the Podpal product as well as helping secure over $215,000 in non-dilutive funding awards. Under his UX leadership, Podpal has been recognized by global brands including Google, Hennesy, Target, Black Enterprise, Bloomberg, and more.

Keith resides in Tampa, FL where he currently raises with his two daughters Aaliyah and Lilianna. He’s an active member of the design and creative community and volunteers at the Tampa Museum of Art on the NextGen Committee. In addition to fostering a culture of artistic expression, he enjoys spending time with family, creating music, and traveling to new places abroad.
